New Age AI builds AI-powered tools for landlords and property investors — covering both sides of the business: running what you already own, and growing what you don't yet have.
Based in Delran, NJ, New Age AI, LLC was founded by Ronald Odom, who built the first version of this system to run his own rental properties before turning it into a product other landlords could use.
