Ronald Odom was a single father in his mid-forties who went back to college in the mid-nineties and after 3 years he earned his bachelor's degree in computer science in 1995. He started investing in real estate in 1996 as a landlord. In 2009, Ronald also began wholesaling real estate and rose to become the premier wholesaler in South Jersey. Throughout this entire period of time, Ronald could write a book based on the ups and downs of both niches. One thing, he learned for sure was that neither endeavor was a hands-off operation. As Ronald got older (he's now 77 years old), he discovered that his most valuable asset was his time. Having survived colon cancer, a stroke and a heart attack, Ronald decided to create systems that would make each business truly more passive. Starting in 2023, Ronald started delving into creating artificial intelligence driven assistants. Not only did this give him back more of his precious time, but it also contributed to his becoming financially free. During networking events through New Jersey and the surrounding tristate area, Ronald found that there are many, many real estate investors experiencing the same headaches. And that's when he decided to sell the solutions to their pain points.
